The cinema experience needs to be available to all people, no matter their level of hearing or neuro-divergence 

Movie goers have complained about excessive volumes of films in cinemas, leaving them with discomfort or temporary effects on their hearing after a visit. Customers have further complained of disruptions throughout films from disrespectful patrons including loud conversations, loud rummaging of food or personal belongings and unsettled children. 

The HOYT’S wave mobile application supports customers with restricted hearing, sensitive hearing and neurodivergence to enjoy the cinema experience by reducing distractions while increasing hearing satisfaction and comfort by connecting to customers cochlea implants or headphones; additional headphones are available for hire at the front desk.
